Gee I can think of lots of secrets. But for me it’s my newsletter database. And the other one is persistence. Both of these things you need to make a small business regardless of how big or small, to make things work. If you build the database over time, “momentum” will create a breakthrough in your sales figures and activity. It then seems all of a sudden, you are getting lucky from each day in business, when its the combined work you’ve done all before.
