How does Sales Coaching work?
As your Sales Coach we work directly with
you in the development of your sales process
and transferring the right skills to you. We
do this through the on-going process of
coaching you based on our sales & marketing
expertise.
On a weekly basis we will meet (usually by
phone) for 45 minutes to discuss the next
step in your sales development. We will
assess progress made, and establish the
coming weeks action steps. You will then
take action between coaching sessions, the
result of which will be reviewed in the next
coaching session.
Many Profit Minute™ clients tell us that the
fact that we have a scheduled weekly meeting
holds them accountable to follow through
with the commitments they have made. It also
provides them with an opportunity to work
through different sales scenarios with
someone with many years of specific
marketing experience.
What is the Structure Of The Coaching

formal structure to the Sales Coaching
program. The program is designed to provide

Our first step is to conduct a detailed
analysis of your existing sales process.
This will include the sales presentation and
process you have used in the past and the
corresponding results.
From there we will set specific goals for
the duration of the coaching program so that
we can measure the effectiveness of your
investment in coaching.
Typically most coaching agreements are
for 12 weeks. It will take this period of
time to develop and implement the right
sales process for your business and to begin
seeing results. There is a minimum
commitment of 4 weeks payable in advance.
