You and your Profit Minute™ coach will meet
at a regular scheduled time each week. This
is usually conducted over the telephone

small business owners globally.
Each week you and your coach will work
through one aspect of the sales or marketing
process. We will either work through a
specific structured program, or focus on a
particular area of your business that can
most benefit you at the time.
Together we will work through a range of
issues all designed to lead you to greater
success and profitability in your business.
At the conclusion of each coaching session
we will agree on a specific set of outcomes
and action items. Your role will then be to
take action on these agreed items before
your next coaching session.
The outcome of the action you have taken
will be evaluated and assessed in the next
coaching session. We will continue to refine
this approach until we reach our initial
goals.
Coaching sessions are conducted each week
and last for 45 minutes per session. There
is a minimum commitment of 12 weeks in order
to see the best results from coaching.
